She is an Accredited Resolution Specialist in Private Children matters and Domestic Abuse, with experience representing parents, grandparents, and special guardians in proceedings under the Children Act 1989.
Her background includes advocacy at all stages of proceedings including cross examination of experts, conducting injunction applications under the Family Law Act 1996, drafting statements and court documents, instructing experts, and supporting clients through complex and emotionally challenging cases.
Victoria is known for providing clear, compassionate, and practical support, with a strong focus on client care, communication, and achieving the best possible outcomes.
She holds a Master of Laws with honours and has completed the Professional Skills Course, including training in advocacy, client care, and professional conduct.

Unbundled Legal Services
I offer unbundled legal services for clients in England and Wales. This means you can choose the level of legal support you need, without paying for full representation throughout your entire case.
Rather than instructing a solicitor to deal with every aspect of your matter from start to finish, unbundled services allow you to remain in control of your case while receiving professional legal advice, drafting support and guidance where you need it most. This can be a more flexible and cost-effective option for clients involved in divorce, financial remedy proceedings or child arrangements matters.
You may choose to:
- Handle parts of your case yourself
- Receive advice and guidance behind the scenes
- Instruct me to draft documents and court forms
- Have support preparing for hearings
Unbundled services are particularly suitable for clients who want expert legal assistance without the ongoing cost of full representation.
Monthly Retainer – £500 Fixed Fee Per Month
I offer a monthly retainer service for clients going through:
- Divorce proceedings
- Financial remedy matters
- Child arrangements disputes
For a fixed fee of £500 per month, you will receive:
- Unlimited legal advice (up to 48 hours during busy periods)
- Ongoing guidance throughout your case
- Drafting assistance
- Procedural support
- Help preparing for hearings and negotiations
This service is designed to give clients consistent access to legal support throughout their proceedings while remaining in control of their case.
Court Attendance Support
For £500, I can attend court with you to:
- Quietly advise you throughout the hearing
- Ensure you are fully prepared
- Take comprehensive attendance notes
- Provide support and guidance during the court process
For existing monthly retainer clients, court attendance is offered at a reduced fee of £250 per hearing.

Drafting Services – £200 to £500
I provide professional drafting services for clients representing themselves or requiring assistance with specific documents.
Fees range from £200 to £500 depending on:
- The complexity of the document
- Bundle length
- Number of exhibits
- Urgency and preparation required

- Scott Schedules

- FL401 applications
- C100 applications
- Other family court documents and applications
Case Management Meeting – £350 Fixed Fee
I offer a one-off Case Management Meeting for clients who need help getting their case started correctly.
For a fixed fee of £350, I will:
- Review your circumstances
- Advise on the appropriate next steps
- Identify the forms and documents required
- Draft the necessary applications and statements to start your case
This service is ideal for clients who want clarity, structure and professional guidance at the outset of proceedings.
